Ever since I was a kid, I've had an affinity for arts and crafts. Whether it was using Popsicle sticks at summer camp to make a wall hanging for my parents, to making cardboard Christmas ornaments on which I glued rice, beans, and dried peas... I loved the whole idea of creating something with my hands.
In the last few years, I've developed a love of papercrafting. I think it's because not only can I get some ink-and-paper therapy, but I can then give my finished products to those whom I love. It's a win-win (especially if they like what I give them!) :)
