Guest Designing for So Suzy Stamps! - Day Two

Hello all,

Welcome back. If you're visiting from So Suzy Stamps, you'll know that I was chosen by Suzy herself to be a guest designer! :) So happy!

As a school teacher, I know how loved apples are. They represent growth, wisdom, and I guess a way to keep pesky people away! LOL!

I love that sentiment -- it would be great to use on a card when you want to send it to somebody who may be dealing with a difficult person in their life. ;)

I stamped the Basket of Apples image and had my buddy, Scan-N-Cut, cut it out. I wanted it to take center stage, so I popped it up on dimensionals. I used the Apple Branch image to be the background, and then topped off the entire center panel with the Apple a Day sentiment before surrounding it with some blue Copic (to emulate the sky).

Here's a close-up of the cute apple basket:

These images would also be great to create some teacher gift projects for your kids' favorite educators!

In case you didn't know...

Please come back next Saturday, December 17, when I offer my final project created for Suzy!

Stamps: Apple a Day, Basket of Apples, Apple Branch (all So Suzy Stamps)
Paper: New Leaf Pattern, Stamper's Select, Classic Kraft (all PTI)
