Okay, a bit of explanation. I've never created a pop-up card before... I know, my students would hang me!... but it wasn't all that hard (at least for me...which is saying something!). :)
A happy surprise is that the Mega Mat Stack 4 die cut allowed the large circle from PTI's Borders & Corners: Circles to fit nicely in it! :)

I like the bright Happy, fun, feel of the card. Tricky use of the embossing folder, too.
