Stamp-A-Faire Challenge #3

Well, I think I'm running quite behind, but having fun doing it! :)

Here is the information you'll need to read about this challenge, which is asking us to use a window and have some ribbon connecting it to the outside edge of the card.

Ted!!!! This is just awesome!!! Seriously! I love the balloon peeking out through the window and the swirly wind is very clever!!! These challenges sure are keeping us busy today!

Ha! I knew that was wind! You are really clever my friend!! Love your card! The balloons are really cool, I especially like the way you placed that little one in the opening! I'll be hoping for you to win that cool stamp set!

Oh my -- LOVE this with your very clever hot air balloon floating off into the sky and your smaller one along the edge of your cut-out -- very clever & AWESOME!!!
