And I couldn't just sit there and try this without playing with one of PTI's latest stamp sets "Delightful Doilies"! :)

After I made the card, I realized the doilies needed a little somethin-somethin... so I decided to embroider some pearls in the doilies. :) Or, in this case, added Liquid Pearls! :)

With regards to stamping the doilies, I was a bit nervous... as many in the PTI forums said it was challenging, but the die makes it a LOT easier... so I'm glad I purchased them. :) And, for my first attempt, I don't think I did half-bad. :)
The glitter strip technique will be something I come to again and again. Easy and adds a taste of elegance, don't you think? :)

So many people seem to be having a tough time lining up those doilies, but you seemed to have it down, Ted. I zoomed in and yours looks perfect. Your card is so nice and that glitter is just the right touch on this card.
Sweet Jeebus! Ted you totally nailed the doily stamping. Yes, yes, the MIM task was good, but the the doily is amazing! ;-) Especially that tricky outer ring. I can't get over what a dab hand you are at this. Bravo!
