MFP - What does it mean?

So let's wonder about this together, shall we?

MFP can stand for Mighty Feline Pouncing
MFP can stand for My First Project
MFP can stand for Mark's Finest Papers

Well, in this case, it stands for all three!

I FINALLY got to play with the "Big Cats" stamp set, the one I won a while back from Mark's Finest Papers. Let me tell you, I am not sure what took me so long. Big cats (especially tigers and black panthers) are my favorite animals so this set just made me smile throughout the cardmaking process. :)

Want to see what I made? Me too. Let's take a look:

When I saw this stamp, I knew I wanted to do heat embossing with black embossing powder. And so that's what I did. :) Here's a close-up:

Now, there's a story here (with Ted, there's always a story, I know :P ): I was at Michaels, just browsing around and I came upon some "Smooch Spritz". I purchased it because it was on sale for 40% off and thought I'd try it. Well, on that kraft paper I spritzed the image but I really don't know what it does for the paper! LOL! I think it's supposed to add a bit of tinting/subtle glitter... but I don't think I did it correctly. Ah well.  :)

Here's a close-up of the sentiment (also from Big Cats). The banner I made by myself (no die):

Faith, the owner of MFP is an incredible artist/designer (as you see with the fantastic tiger she drew!) and I can't wait to get my hands on more of their stamps. A LOT of fun!

Thanks for looking and/or commenting!

Very striking card Ted. I bet that embossing looks great in person.

NICE! Love your big cat. What a great idea it was to emboss him! And just so you know...I have no luck with that Smooch Spray either......
