I browsed through my craft area, and came across some nice green butterfly paper "Luck in Flight" by Reminisce. Since I recently acquired a butterfly die from Papertrey Ink, I figured this would be the theme. I know they're not clovers, but what lady doesn't like butterflies, eh?! :)
Here's my result:
I'm VERY disappointed with the stitching in the upper left corner. :( I thought I was being as straight as possible! Ah well, hope she won't let it take away from the card. It's the thought that counts, right?! :)
Here's the inside sentiment... from Papertrey Ink's "Luck of the Irish" set:
Thanks for looking and/or commenting! :)

Ted, you sew a lot straighter than I ever could! I love how this card turned out, I'm sure Susie will love it!
Ted, this is a great card. I love the green polka dot paper. I am sure the receipient will love it!
I didnt even notice the stitching in the corner till you pointed it out. I dont think it takes away from the card at all, I think it gives your card character!
Mmmmm glorious green - my fave colour! Oh Ted, I'd have never noticed the 'rustic stitching' if you hadn't mentioned it LOL! Just adds to the homemade feel y'know ;D
That DP and Die were a match made in Heaven! Looks fabulous!

I think your friend Susie will love your card. Very nicely done and the butterfly paper is perfect with the felt butterfly. And have you ever noticed how even the designers do not sew perfectly? They sometimes do it on purpose! I did not think twice about how it looked until you mentioned it. Good job!
I can't think of a girl that doesn't like butterflies... :-) And I probably wouldn't have noticed the stitching if you hadn't pointed it out... very lovely card.
This is a beautiful card Ted! I didn't notice the stitching either, I think with stitching, little blips actually add to the charm of the project :)
Polka dots and butterflies - what's not to love? Your stitching is just fine. In fact I would not have noticed it if you didn't point it out.
Ted your stitching looks marvelous, stop fussing! I love the triple panel background...very visually appealing. And I thought your butterfly was brown felt until I looked at the "ingedients", and I was so jealous that you had somehow aquired some Dark Chocolate PTI felt befor eanyone else! LOL
Great card, Ted! I wouldn't have noticed the stitching either, the focal point just draws the eye in! It looks great!
Great card!!
Hi Ted!! This is a great card!!! You are right, she will love the butterfly!! :)
Hey!! The stitching is actually very cool! The latest craze is that shabby chic look and vintage... there is nothing wrong with the stitching, if it was absolutely perfect, then it would look like a Hallmark Card made in China by the 1,000,000's. This is a one of a kind! Love your blog!
Wonderful card! Great idea to combine the butterflies with the St. Patty's theme. I know she will love this! ♥♥ Kay
I also like the dots and butterflies. Nicely done.
I like it. I wouldn't even have noticed the stitching if you hadn't mentioned it. I think the whole thing came together really well.
I never would've noticed the stiching in the upper corner if you havdn't pointed it out! I was too busy drooling over the butterflies. Loooooooove the butterflies. And I love the card!
wow!! j'adore et les pois et les papillons, et tout ce vert, c'est du bonbon pour les yeux
ta carte est fabuleuse
